As an educator for over twenty years, the best part of my job was to dive into the minds of third graders

and extract the creativity within. What came from those children was exciting, enticing, bright, and magical.

"Your love story"

Like a snowflake no two are alike.

I am a Saskatchewan-born gal that I grew up in the hospitality world. My family owned and operated hotels and restaurants up until 2005.

I obtained a bachelor's degree in Education and maintained an amazing career for over 20 years right here in Red Deer.

In 2018 I hung up my teacher's hat and set off to travel the world.

WELL,  THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, COVID DID!

So here I am writing a new story, and this one is amazing, fantastic, and so exciting because your story will now be a part of our story.

In 2021, I came to Novia Mia as a consultant. I have to be honest, I fell in love with it.

I have experienced so much joy in helping all who come through our doors.

I had no idea the amazing atmosphere, happiness, joy, and outright fun I would have working in a bridal boutique. I have always loved stunning, sparkly wedding dresses and here I am helping amazing, beautiful, talented confident women. How lucky can one get!

The beauty of the story is that now the boutique belongs to me and I couldn't be more thrilled.

I recently became engaged. My fiancé' Allan, proposed to me in 2022 on vacation in Saigon Bay,  Bocas Del Toro, Panama.
